Privacy & cookie policy
This page explains what personal data the maxbodytherapy.com website collects, why, and how you can exercise your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003.
1. Data controller
- Max Voytsekhovskyy (Maxbodytherapy)
- Via Poscallo, 1 — 20081 Abbiategrasso (MI), Italia
- Email: maksymasso@gmail.com
- Phone: +39 346 419 5612
2. What data we process
- Browsing data: when you visit the site, the hosting provider automatically logs technical data (IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time) needed to run and secure the site.
- Anonymous statistics: we use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to see how many people visit the site and how fast it is. These tools use no cookies and don't store your IP address: data is aggregated and can't identify you.
- Data you send us: if you contact us via WhatsApp, phone, email or Instagram, we process your name, number or address and the content of your messages.
- Google Maps: the map in the Contacts section loads only if you consent or click «Show map» (see section 7).
The site has no sign-up or payment forms and uses no profiling or advertising cookies.
3. Health data
To suggest the right programme you may want to tell us about pain, injuries or physical conditions. This is special-category data (Art. 9 GDPR): we use it only to assess and plan your programme, based on your explicit consent, which you give by sending it. Please share in messages only what's needed; details can be discussed in person at the first session.
4. Purposes and legal bases
- Replying to your messages, booking and managing appointments — pre-contractual and contractual steps you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Running and securing the site, anonymous statistics — the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Loading Google Maps — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code), which you can withdraw at any time.
- Tax and accounting obligations related to the services — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
5. How long we keep data
- Messages and contact details: as long as needed to handle your request and our relationship, and no longer than 24 months after the last contact.
- Tax documents: for the period required by law (usually 10 years).
- Browsing data: for the technical period set by the hosting provider.
- Your cookie choice: 6 months, then we ask again.
6. Who we share data with
Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. It is processed by the following providers, only as far as their service requires:
- Vercel Inc. (USA) — website hosting and anonymous statistics. vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
- WhatsApp Ireland Ltd / Meta — if you message us on WhatsApp or Instagram. www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy-eea
- Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC — only if you load the map. policies.google.com/privacy
Some of these providers may transfer data to the United States, based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
- Technical (always on): we store only your cookie choice in your browser (localStorage, key «mbt-consent») for 6 months. No consent is needed for this.
- Statistics: Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights use no cookies.
- Third-party (only with consent): the Google Maps map. When it loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under its own policy: policies.google.com/technologies/cookies
On your first visit we ask whether you accept or reject third-party content. You can change your mind at any time via the «Cookie settings» link at the bottom of every page. Cookies already set by Google can be deleted in your browser settings.
8. Your rights
At any time you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent (Arts. 15–22 GDPR). Just write to maksymasso@gmail.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante): www.garanteprivacy.it
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the bottom of the page.
